Raphael was once the ArchAngel of Healing, but gave over the administration to Yves in order to concentrate more fully on the day-to-day healing of the World. Appearing as an adrogenous youth, s/he has a few notable abilities.

Having once been an ArchAngel, s/he has the ability to redeem the fallen. I know because s/he did it for Ashikel.

When there are no other options, s/he can take on the wounds of others. I know because s/he did it for Josh.
